Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. If a reschedule/cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
No-shows WILL result in 100% of the scheduled service price. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled to respect the time of our stylists and other guests.
